By using our Services, you agree to these terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"). Please read them carefully.

Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using any of our Services. By accessing or using any of them, you agree to become bound by the Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the Terms of Service, then you may not access any of our Services. Violation of any of them may result in the termination of your account.

You may need an account in order to use some of our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are also responsible for keeping your account information updated (billing information, for example). You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your Dots Mesh Hosting account.

You are legally responsible for all content you've posted to our Services. You hereby grant Amplilabs Ltd. a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host and use your content in order to provide you with the Services and hereby represent and warrant that you have all the rights necessary to grant us such license. You are responsible for archiving your content regularly and frequently to prevent loss.

You can create a space for a public profile (identified by a profile key) in your hosting account and use it yourself or share it with another person. Your account will be charged $0.15 for every day this space is active.

Profiles with standard IDs, that end with .us, .uk, etc. have a $3.00 setup fee.
Profiles with a premium ID have a $99.00 setup fee.

Each profile space provides 1GB of disk space and 10GB of monthly bandwidth. You will be charged an additional $1.00 per 1GB of disk space and $0.15 per 1GB of bandwidth.

You can create a space for a group (identified by a group key) in your hosting account and use it yourself or share it with another person. Your account will be charged $0.10 for every day this space is active. There is a $1.00 setup fee too.

Each group space provides 1GB of disk space and 10GB of monthly bandwidth. You will be charged an additional $1.00 per 1GB of disk space and $0.15 per 1GB of bandwidth.

You can add funds to your account, that will be used for creating and hosting public profiles and groups by:
- PayPal
- voucher
You can request a refund up to 14 days after payment. The funds used will be subtracted from the amount refunded.

We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove functionalities or features, create new limits, and we may suspend or stop a service altogether. Amplilabs Ltd. may terminate your access to all or any part of our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.

Neither Amplilabs Ltd. nor its suppliers or distributors make any specific promises about the Services. We don't make any commitments about the content within the services, the specific functions of the services, or their reliability, availability, or ability to meet your needs. We provide the services "AS IS".

Amplilabs Ltd. and its suppliers and distributors will not be responsible for lost profits, revenues, or data, financial losses or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amplilabs Ltd., its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of our Services, including but not limited to your violation of this Terms of Service.

Any disputes arising shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria in courts located in Sofia, Bulgaria.
